Dr. Yoshinori Hara serves as Professor, Graduate School of Management, Kyoto University. He is also serving as Associate Member of Science Council of Japan and Independent Outside Director of Asahi Holdings, Inc. He was Dean of Graduate School of Management and President of Society for Serviceology. His current research focus includes service and IT innovation management. He published a book entitled “A New Approach to Resilient Hospitality Management: Lessons and Insights from Kyoto, Japan”, Springer, 2022, etc. He received his B.E. and M.E. from University of Tokyo, and his Ph.D. from Kyoto University.
